Workforce Development
We prepare individuals for careers in the clean energy economy by supporting workforce training programs, career exploration initiatives, and industry partnerships. We focus on building pathways into fields such as energy efficiency, solar installation, electric vehicle infrastructure, and sustainable construction with access to living-wage careers.
Youth Education & Career Exposure
The Fund supports programs that introduce young people to careers in energy, sustainability, and infrastructure.
